A message to our lovely guests:
What to Expect At Your Next Appointment:
Things are going to look a little different in our pretty workshop for a while. It feels just as strange to us as it does to you. But it is of the upmost importance that we keep everyone safe during these unusual times. Some of us are choosing not to perform highlighting services during this phase of our reopening. We all decided that blowdrying should wait until there is more change in the fight against this dreadful virus. We would absolutely love for things to go back to business as usual around here. We want to hug you all, highlight you up and give blowouts that are dreamy, but it just can’t be right now. We ask for your patience and understanding as we get used to these new protocols.
Under the most recent announcements from Governor DeSantis, Philosophie Salon + Beauty Collective will reopen Monday, May 18th with strict sanitation and social distancing guidelines. We understand many have anxiety and fears regarding coming to the salon. Our plan to reopen takes into account all of those fears combined with economic concerns. If you are comfortable with the guidelines we have set, we welcome you and look forward to serving you. Our safety protocols incorporate standards set by the Florida State Board of Cosmetology and the CDC to mitigate the spread of infectious diseases, many of which we implemented in March prior to closing.
Please understand we are re-booking hundreds of appointments and are doing our very best to re-book everyone in a timely manner. Our schedule has changed due to new social distancing guidelines.
We will only have 3 stylists working at one time.
We are not accepting walk-ins.
All appointments will be scheduled and confirmed ahead of time.
Not all services can be performed at this time. We unfortunately cannot offer any blowdrying services or children’s haircuts. Some stylists are making a personal choice not to offer highlighting services during this phase of our reopening. We respect their choice and can offer you an appointment with a stylist that is comfortable doing highlights.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Please bring your own mask. It is mandated by the Florida State Board of Cosmetology all “clients should wear face masks to the extent possible while receiving services.”
Please stay in your car with the air conditioning on, so we can measure the most accurate temperature reading.
We are diligently working to sanitize all touchpoints between every guest.
Call us when you arrive for your appointment. Once your stylist is ready and their station is sanitized, we’ll call you back and greet you at the door to take your temperature and have answer a quick questionnaire:
Have you had a cough, fever, shortness of breath within the last 14 days?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
